- 20 years’ industry experience
- Conducts residential and commercial building evaluations/appraisals
- Determines replacement costs, and completes site drawings, bid documents, and file audits
- Previous experience includes time as an Appraiser for national property appraisal organization
- Prior work also includes time as a Project Estimator and Office Manager for regional home building company

- Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology, Northern Alberta Institute of Technology
